Why is four o'clock written as IIII?

The QUADRANTE uses IIII rather than IV at four o'clock. This is the older form, and the one traditional watchmaking has always used — it balances the dial against the VIII opposite.

Is the watch covered by warranty?

Yes. Every FENNO watch includes a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. After this period, confirmed manufacturing defects in the movement remain covered under our Lifetime Movement Warranty.

You may also return the watch within 30 days in accordance with our return policy. Damage caused by misuse, impact, water, normal wear and tear, or third-party repairs is not covered by the warranty.

You will receive the watch in a white FENNO gift box, including usage instructions and a watch tool.
