Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • The expected delivery time for a product is stated on the product page. During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time within the EU and the UK is 5–7 business days after dispatch.

  • We strive to always deliver on time, but the maximum delivery time is 30 days, unless a longer period has been explicitly agreed upon.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders are always shipped free of charge.

Tracking

  • After shipment, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number.

Risk and Responsibility

  • The risk of loss or damage to products rests with FENNO until the order has been delivered to you or a third party designated by you.

  • If you choose a carrier yourself that was not offered by FENNO, the risk transfers as soon as the order is handed over to this carrier.

  • If the delivery address provided by you turns out to be incorrect or incomplete, FENNO cannot be held liable for undelivered packages. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to an incorrect address will be borne by the consumer.

International Orders

  • Orders shipped outside the Netherlands may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • FENNO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Policy Changes

  • FENNO reserves the right to modify this shipping policy. Modified terms will only apply to orders placed after the publication of the new version on our website.
