FENNO Return Policy

Reflection period and right of withdrawal

1.1 You have the right to withdraw your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason.

1.2 After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

2. Conditions for returning

2.1 During the reflection period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may handle and inspect the product as you would be allowed to do in a physical store.

2.2 Returns are accepted if the product is returned complete (including accessories and any included extras).

2.3 Using the original packaging is recommended to prevent damage, but is not a strict condition for a valid return.

2.4 If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or functioning, a depreciation in value may be charged.

3. Return procedure

3.1 Register your return within the 30-day reflection period via support@fennoamsterdam.com, mentioning your order number.

3.2 You will receive clear instructions from us for returning the item.

3.3 The direct costs of the return shipment are for your own account, unless it concerns an incorrectly delivered or defective product.

4. Evaluation and refund

4.1 After receiving and evaluating the returned product, you will receive a message from us. 

4.2 We will refund all payments received from you, including any standard shipping costs for the initial delivery, no later than 14 days after your notification of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the product.

4.3 The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise.
