What is the story behind FENNO?

FENNO was founded in 2019 with the goal of creating unique products that are different from what you can find elsewhere. We didn't want to do the same as other brands, but offer something truly unique to our customers.

What makes FENNO different from other brands?

FENNO stands out for its dedication to quality and exclusivity. While other brands produce the same watches and jewelry, we create timeless designs from high-quality materials, making our products truly stand out. A good example is our ARABICA, which we are very proud of.

Product quality

How does FENNO guarantee the quality of its products?

Each product undergoes strict quality control to ensure it meets our high standards for durability, craftsmanship and design. All of our products are made from 316 stainless steel.

Are FENNO products hypoallergenic?

Yes, our jewelry and watches are made from 316 stainless steel, a material known for its hypoallergenic properties and is safe for sensitive skin.

What guarantee does FENNO offer on its products?

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products, covering any manufacturing defects or material issues. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with any questions or concerns.

Dispatch

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping is free if the total amount is over €60 or more.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Shipping takes up to 7 days. We offer tracking on all orders so you can follow the progress of your package.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track the progress of your package until it is delivered to your home.

Does FENNO ship to my country?

We currently ship within the EU and UK.

What if my shipping address is incorrect?

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your item is damaged and you would like to return it for a refund or exchange, you can email us at support@fennoamsterdam.com or click on the chat icon.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a shipping label to return the item and receive the requested refund or exchange.

I received my order with the wrong item. What should I do?

If you received an incorrect item and would like to return it for a refund or exchange, you can email us at support@fennoamsterdam.com or click on the chat icon.

I have not received one of the items from my order?

Please contact us here and send us a photo of the packing slip that was included with your package, along with your order number.

Our customer service team will respond to your message as soon as possible.

I want to cancel my order?

You can always cancel your order as long as the shipping process has not started. To cancel, please contact us.

You can also always request to remove one or more items from your order or to notify us of a change of address, as long as the shipping process has not yet started.

Should I be aware of additional costs such as customs and import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import fees levied by the destination country. Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties or import fees imposed by their local customs authorities. We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to customs clearance processes.

Brexit

Additional taxes on arrival in the UK may be due to Brexit. From 1 January 2021, VAT and customs rules will differentiate based on the value of goods shipped to the UK. The threshold is £135.
* Goods valued at £135 or less: The goods will be subject to UK VAT. There will be no additional charges to the customer upon receipt of the goods.
* Goods valued at over £135: The goods are subject to UK VAT. There is an additional customs import duty of approximately 20%.

What payment methods do you accept?

VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google pay, IDEAL and Klarna.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer an easy 30-day returns policy, where you can return or exchange your products if you are not completely satisfied. The product must also:

  • Be in an unused and original condition to be eligible for return.
  • All accessories, manuals and any free gifts must be returned in the same condition as received.

How do I return?

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at support@fennoamsterdam.com . We will provide you with further instructions for the return.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

My package got lost during the return process, what can I do?

Please note that returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure that the items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit, and retain proof of postage in case you need to contact us regarding your return.

When will I receive my refund?

After receiving the returned product, we will assess the condition of the item. If the product meets our return conditions, we will proceed to a refund within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
