What is the delivery time of my order?

Our standard delivery time is 3–7 days. You'll receive a confirmation email with track & trace as soon as your order has been shipped.

Or simply enter your track & trace code or order number on our Order Status page to track your shipment.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, we offer a two-year warranty on all our products.

Can I change my shipping address after I've placed an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our support team as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to process your request.

To cancel your order, please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already shipped, it unfortunately cannot be canceled.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
