LIFETIME WARRANTY

Lifetime Warranty – Jewelry

We promise to replace your FENNO jewelry if it:

  • discolors,

  • fades, or

  • accidentally breaks.

Simply send us a photo of the item along with your order number to:
support@fennoamsterdam.com

You don't have to explain anything — we'll arrange a replacement or store credit for you right away.

Please note: Our Lifetime Guarantee applies only to jewelry (not watches) and does not cover items that:

  • to have lost,

  • have been stolen,

  • to be scratched,

  • be deliberately damaged,

  • being damaged by someone else.

Our fair use policy ensures that the warranty remains fair for all customers.

Although jewelry is covered by a lifetime warranty, we only offer one free replacement per item .
We can then, if necessary, offer you a gift card or refund so you can make a new purchase.

Lifetime Warranty – Watches

1. Standard Warranty

All FENNO watches come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • manufacturing defects

  • problems in the clockwork

  • defects of hands or dial

  • workmanship defects

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • misuse

  • accidents

  • unauthorized repairs

  • normal wear and tear (such as scratches or discoloration)

2. Lifetime Warranty – Watches (Optional)

Customers can purchase an optional lifetime warranty during checkout or within 30 days of purchase .

This warranty extends the same coverage as the standard warranty for an unlimited period , including:

  • internal defects

  • water-related damage due to manufacturing problems

  • technical faults that are not caused by incorrect use

Please note: although the warranty is valid for life, we only offer one replacement if the watch breaks due to a manufacturing defect.
We can then offer you a gift voucher or refund so you can order again.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, you must:

  • be able to show proof of purchase

  • contact FENNO customer service

If the problem is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the watch free of charge .

4. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • damage due to misuse, accidents or unauthorized repairs

  • cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents or discoloration from normal use

  • batteries, straps and other accessories
