On the inside of the strap you will find small open holes. This is your starting point. NOTE: Make sure you do not start at the screws. This can cause the screws to break.

Then place the strap into the tool provided so that the pin can be pushed out properly. NOTE: Make sure you hit the hole/pin exactly, otherwise you may break or bend the pin of the tool.

Once the desired number of links have been removed, reinsert the pin in the same manner as you removed it. If the pin is still slightly protruding after this step, you can either push it all the way into the band or tap it in gently with a hammer.
